Overview (W2 Contract)
We are seeking a highly skilled Programmer Analyst 6 to join our team in Lansing, MI. This is a hybrid role requiring onsite work two days per week starting on day one. There is no remote-only option.
Contract Details:
- W2 Contract Duration: 1 year
- Potential for extension based on performance and project needs
- Hybrid schedule: Onsite 2 days/week, no exceptions
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test, and maintain applications using JavaScript, Accela, SQL, and .NET technologies
- Analyze business and technical requirements to create effective software solutions
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, timely solutions
- Prepare clear, concise documentation and participate in code reviews
- Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and leadership
Top Required Skills & Experience:
Candidates must have 3–5 years of experience in each of the following:
- JavaScript
- Accela
- SQL
- .NET
Additional Requirements:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
