Pharmacy Warehouse Associate – OnsitePay: $18.08/hourSchedule: Sunday – Thursday, 6:00 AM – 3:00 PMTraining Schedule: Monday – Friday, 5:00 AM – 2:00 PM or 10:00 AM – 7:00 PMDuration: 3 months (strong possibility of extension or conversion)Safety Sensitive PositionNo License RequiredPharmacy Technician License Not RequiredMust be able to operate a pallet jackIn-person interview requiredPosition SummaryThis role works closely with the Operations Pharmacist, Operations Supervisor, and Pharmacy Technicians to coordinate, assemble, and package patient medication orders for shipment. The position supports warehouse inventory management, shipping operations, and stock replenishment while maintaining compliance with pharmacy and safety guidelines.Key ResponsibilitiesRetrieve shipping documents and labels from printers and organize them for order pickingAssist with packing and shipping medicationsTrack shipped packages to confirm patient receipt and report undelivered shipmentsOrganize daily shipping reports for Branch Manager reviewReceive non-pharmaceutical shipments at the back dockConduct physical inventory and daily cycle countsRestock pharmacy picking areas and maintain organized warehouse stockAssist with placing purchase orders and receiving inventoryTrack and reconcile inventory balancesSelect products and supplies under the direct supervision of a pharmacistManage pharmaceutical product levels to ensure adequate dispensing supplyProcess returned goods in accordance with SOP guidelinesUtilize internal computer systems along with Microsoft Word and ExcelQualificationsHigh School Diploma or GED required (verifiable)Minimum 1 year experience in warehouse or purchasing environment requiredData entry experience preferredPharmacy experience is a plusKnowledge of packing and shipping with national carriers preferredPallet jack experience requiredAbility to use a 10-key pad and type at least 20 WPM preferredPhysical RequirementsAbility to lift up to 50 poundsAbility to reach, twist, turn, bend, stoop, and walk for extended periodsAbility to read, write, and understand EnglishAdditional InformationSafety sensitive roleNot a patient-facing positionOnsite positionIf you are interested, please reach out to Chin Yang at A-Line Staffing. 586-323-4194 | cyang@alinestaffing.com.
