Operator 2, Packaging Operations – Hunt Valley, MDPay Rate: $17.75/hourShift2nd Shift: Monday – Friday2:00 PM – 10:30 PMJob SummaryThe Operator 2, Packaging Operations role is responsible for the manual inspection, labeling, and packaging of clinical and commercial products. This position ensures finished products are packaged in accordance with established procedures and Quality specifications while maintaining accurate documentation and supporting overall production goals.Key ResponsibilitiesPackaging & InspectionPerform manual inspection, labeling, and packaging of finished productsEnsure products meet quality standards and customer specificationsInspect in-process packaging components and remove defective materialsComplete finished product packaging to support customer, clinical, and internal demandDocumentation & RecordkeepingMaintain accurate and timely documentation of packaging activitiesComplete device history records and batch documentationAssist with inventory counts and reconciliationPerform basic mathematical calculations to support batch record completionSafety & ComplianceParticipate in daily safety discussions and safety auditsFollow all PPE and contamination control (gowning) requirementsPerform routine cleaning of packaging stations and equipmentHandle hazardous waste appropriately and in accordance with proceduresQualificationsHigh School Diploma or GED requiredMinimum of 1 year of industry work experienceStrong attention to detailAbility to work effectively in a team environmentGood documentation practicesBasic computer skills and familiarity with general business softwareAbility to perform basic mathematical calculationsMust be willing and able to work a flexible schedule, including static or rotating shifts and overtime as requiredIf you are interested, please reach out to Chin Yang at A-Line Staffing. 586-323-4194 | cyang@alinestaffing.com.
