Electronics Instrument Assembly Technician Compensation

  • The pay for this position is $20.00 per hour
  • Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
  • A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates

Electronics Instrument Assembly Technician Highlights

  • This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs
  • The required availability for this position is 1st shift, Monday-Friday, 7 : 00 AM - 3 : 30 PM

    • Electronics Instrument Assembly Technician Responsibilities

  • Assemble multiple product lines, integrating sub-assemblies into instruments
  • Build, integrate, and understand the entire assembly process and requirements
  • Conduct quality inspections in accordance with specifications
  • Perform wiring, component installation, hand soldering, and cable harnessing
  • Read and interpret diagrams, drawings, and work instructions
  • Execute basic test instructions, analyzing results for pass / fail determination
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex instrument assembly issues
  • Maintain compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements
  • Work with Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, Planning, and Purchasing as needed
  • Perform material handling functions for instrument raw materials and sub-assemblies
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and efficient work environment
