This role performs routine production and quality tasks while maintaining strict compliance with safety, quality, and documentation standards.This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needsBenefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment and include health, optical, dental, life, and short-term disability insuranceA 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility datesMACHINE OPERATOR | RESPONSIBILITIES:Perform routine production tasks including filling, packing, packaging, assembling, labeling, and inspecting productsOperate manufacturing equipment under general supervisionConduct in-process quality checks and accurately complete all required documentationMaintain records in compliance with FDA, GMP, and ISO standardsAssist with equipment and product changeoversSupport troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and minor equipment repairsMaintain clean, safe, and organized work areasAccurately record production data, scrap, and system transactionsIdentify and report production or quality issues to leadershipParticipate in continuous improvement initiatives and team problem-solving activitiesSupport effective shift handoffs and team communicationWork overtime as needed to meet production demandsMACHINE OPERATOR | REQUIREMENTS:Education: High School Diploma or GED (verifiable) requiredAttendance: Commitment to mandatory attendance during the first 90 days.Prior manufacturing or industrial experience requiredAbility to read, write, and comprehend English (required)Ability to perform basic math calculationsSuccessful completion of background screening prior to startAbility to work rotating schedules and extended hours as neededWillingness to rotate between tasks and responsibilitiesWork Environment & Physical RequirementsWork performed in a manufacturing environment with exposure to machineryAbility to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive motions throughout the shiftAbility to lift and move materials as required by the roleReasonable accommodations may be made for individuals with disabilitiesTake the Next Step!Join a company that values your growth and contributions.
