Recruiter Qualifications:Previous experience in recruitment, customer service, sales, or related fields is a plus but not required.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships.High level of motivation, resilience, and a "never give up" attitude.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.Proficiency in MS Office.A passion for helping others and making a positive impact.
