Contracts Analyst
π Location: Hybrid (3 days onsite / up to 2 days remote per week)
π² Pay Rate: $40β$43/hour (W-2)

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Contracts Analyst to support contract administration, negotiations, compliance, and project execution activities. This role partners closely with project management and internal stakeholders to review contracts, mitigate risk, ensure compliance, and improve contract management processes.
The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, experience reviewing commercial contracts, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Please Note: The first month of employment will be fully onsite to support onboarding and training. After training, the role will transition to a hybrid schedule of 3 days onsite and up to 2 days remote per week.
Key Responsibilities
Contract Administration
- Analyze and review contracts, tenders, and related legal documentation.
- Provide recommendations and proactive guidance regarding contractual risks and obligations.
- Support Letters of Authorization (LoA) processes and ensure compliance with internal procedures.
- Participate in contract negotiations and assist with negotiation strategy development.
- Ensure successful contract execution throughout the project lifecycle.
Risk & Claims Management
- Develop and maintain contract and claims strategies with project teams.
- Partner with internal stakeholders regarding customer, subcontractor, and partner agreements.
- Identify contractual risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
- Monitor compliance with contractual obligations and internal governance standards.
Process Improvement
- Capture project and contract data for reporting and analysis.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and management summaries.
- Contribute to contract standardization initiatives and continuous process improvement efforts.
- Support implementation of best practices across contract management activities.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with project managers, legal teams, procurement, and business stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements.
- Provide guidance to operational teams on contract-related matters.
- Support business initiatives through effective contract administration.
Required Qualifications
- 3β5 years of professional experience in contract administration, contract management, procurement, or related business functions.
- Experience reviewing commercial contracts, tenders, or legal documentation.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel and PowerPoint.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting contract negotiations.
- Experience with project execution or project management environments.
- Knowledge of contract compliance and risk management practices.
- Experience developing reports, presentations, and business analyses.
- Background working within engineering, manufacturing, energy, utilities, or other highly regulated industries.
