Senior IT Business Analyst

💲 Pay Rate: $50–$60/hour (W-2)

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Business Analyst to support mission-critical enterprise applications and strategic technology initiatives. This role will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors to gather requirements, analyze business processes, support RFP development, and drive successful IT project outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in business analysis, software development lifecycle methodologies, requirements gathering, and enterprise-level project support.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to gather and document business, functional, and technical requirements
• Analyze business processes and recommend improvements to workflows and system functionality
• Support development of Request for Proposals (RFPs), including technical narratives and requirements documentation
• Perform impact analysis, project estimation, planning, and forecasting activities
• Develop process documentation including:
• Swim lane diagrams
• Sequence diagrams
• Use cases
• Process flows
• Serve as a liaison between business units, IT teams, and vendors
• Participate in strategic planning and enterprise IT initiatives
• Support Agile and SDLC processes throughout project lifecycles
• Organize and coordinate testing activities, including test plans and test cases
• Present findings, recommendations, and project updates to technical and non-technical audiences
• Identify and escalate project risks and issues appropriately

Required Qualifications

•
