ASSEMBLER 2, GENERAL – MILPITAS, CAPay Rate: $26.50/hourSchedule:1st Shift – 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM (Monday–Friday, PST)Onsite interviews requiredRequirements:• High school diploma or GED• One to two years of manufacturing assembly experience• Must pass criminal background and education verification before starting• Ability to lift or move up to 50 lbs (with assistance)• Must be able to work flexible or extended hours and maintain punctual attendanceJOB DESCRIPTIONThe Assembler 2 performs a variety of tasks related to the fabrication, manufacturing, assembly, testing, and packaging of medical devices. This role also involves setting up, operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting equipment. May conduct quality inspections in accordance with established specifications. Works within clearly defined SOPs and scientific methods and adheres to all quality guidelines.RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES• Perform assembly and manufacturing tasks following established SOPs• Set up, operate, and perform routine maintenance on production equipment• Conduct quality inspections to verify compliance with specifications• Use basic measurement tools, including microscopes• Read, interpret, and comprehend English-written specifications• Complete basic math calculations as required• Rotate into various tasks and responsibilities based on production needs• Maintain strong attention to detail and follow quality standards• Work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly with coworkers and supervisors• Stand, walk, and sit for extended periods during the workday• Occasionally lift or move up to 50 lbs (with assistance)If you are interested, please reach out to Chin Yang at A-Line Staffing.586-323-4194 | cyang@alinestaffing.com.
