ANALYST 3, CUSTOMER CONTRACT ADMINLocation: San Diego, CAPay Rate: $36.63 per hourJOB SUMMARYThe Analyst 3, Customer Contract Admin leads all Dispensing contracting lifecycle activities within assigned regions, from contract negotiation through execution and post-deal support. This role partners with business units and strategic customer teams to drive revenue growth, ensure deal profitability, and maintain compliance with pricing strategies and regulatory standards.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESContract Lifecycle ManagementLead end-to-end contracting activities including lease vs. buy structures, software specifications, maintenance and service agreements, installation, invoicing, and reconciliation of capital productsManage negotiations through contract signature while ensuring alignment with pricing strategy and approval matricesReview deal profitability and ensure adherence to established pricing frameworksCollaborate with Commercial Capital Offer Strategy and Development teams to validate pricing feasibility and terms executionFinancial & Business SupportAnalyze financial drivers of specific deals and communicate optimal deal structuring to support profitability and customer needsSupport strategic customer teams with responsive service and negotiation expertiseBe accountable for performance goals and KPIs, including contract cycle timeCompliance & Risk ManagementAdminister and enforce policies, procedures, and processes to harmonize contract negotiations and general provisionsEnsure risk mitigation and regulatory compliance across all business offeringsMaintain flexibility in contract terms to meet market and customer dynamicsPost-Deal Support & Issue ResolutionCoordinate resolution of post-deal lifecycle issuesAnalyze and report on contract obligations and billing/revenue discrepanciesSupport sales reporting and respond to sales/customer inquiriesProcess Improvement & StandardizationIdentify and lead process improvement initiatives (templates, standard terms, system enhancements)Develop and implement SOPs to drive operational efficiency, standardization, and simplification across the organizationIf you are interested, please reach out to Chin Yang at A-Line Staffing. 586-323-4194 | cyang@alinestaffing.com.
