Packaging Project Manager Compensation
- The pay for this position is $48.29 per hour
- Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employmen
- A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates
Packaging Project Manager Highlights
This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needsThe required availability for this position is Monday–Friday, 8 : 30 AM–5 : 00 PM, with in-office presence required Tuesday through ThursdayPackaging Project Manager Responsibilities
Collaborate closely with merchant partners, packaging resources, and creative leadership to forecast, plan, launch, and deliver packaging projects on scheduleAssign resources for packaging and creative projects and create / manage high-level timelinesOrganize and lead packaging kickoff meetings and work with vendor-sourced packaging teams to meet deliverablesConsolidate and review project / item information for packaging kickoff documentationAct as the primary contact for design / packaging questions and review packaging designs to ensure adherence to brand guidelinesEscalate concerns / issues to leadership when necessary and provide backup support to the Director of Store Brands PackagingManage internal stakeholders and vendor-sourced project managers to ensure project goals and timelines are metPackaging Project Manager Requirements
3–5 years of account service, project management, or related experienceProficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and ExcelHigh School Diploma or GEDAttendance is mandatory for the first 90 daysPackaging Project Manager Preferred Qualifications
