The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating heavy machinery, including loaders. This role requires a strong understanding of equipment operation and safety protocols to ensure efficient and safe site operations. MUST MEET ALL REQUIREMENTS. and HAVE EXPERIENCE PLOWING SNOW WITH A LOADER AND SNOW PUSHER.

Responsibilities

-Ensure all work meets A ’s quality standards

-Running a 30,000lbs wheel loader clearing snow

-Applying deicing materials to walkways and parking lots

-Ensure work trucks and equipment stay clean and organized

-Perform operator level maintenance on equipment used

-Comply with all policies and safety protocols

-Other duties as assigned

Skills

-Experience in commercial snow removal and ice management

-Experience with wheel loaders, skid steers and tractors.

-MDOT physical card

• 100% on call, available all week and weekend is necessary
• 10-14 hour shift not uncommon
• Overtime

Pay: $21.00 - $29.00 per hour
