Position Requirements
- Unrestricted driver’s license
- Ability to drive truck and trailers
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Ability to work in inclement weather conditions when required
- Ability to perform labor intensive tasks
- Ability to work 8-10 hour days, some evenings and overtime
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to follow written and oral directions
- Willingness to learn new skills
Preferred Skills/Experience
- Experience with commercial grade mowers, trimmer and blowers
- Experience with landscaping tools and equipment
- Experience with installing new landscapes
- MDOT physical card
- Commercial snow removal experience
Primary Responsibilities
- Ensure all work meets A ’s quality standards
- Operator mowers, trimmer and blowers
- Operate landscaping equipment
- Perform labor intensive tasks
- Install trees, shrubs and plants
- Install pavers, stone and block
- Keep work trucks and equipment clean and organized
- Perform operator level maintenance on equipment used
- Comply with all policies and safety protocols
- Other duties as assigned
Schedule
- Day shift
- Monday- Friday
- Most weekends off
- Paid holidays
Supplemental pay
- Bonus pay
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
