About the Role
A-Laser is seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to lead and grow a strategic, high-value semiconductor OEM account. In this role, you will serve as the primary relationship owner and central point of coordination between the customer and A-Laser’s internal teams. You’ll play a critical role in driving design-in opportunities, managing complex workflows, and supporting long-term account growth by aligning A-Laser’s advanced manufacturing capabilities with the customer’s technology roadmap.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the single point of contact for all commercial, technical, and operational communication with a strategic semiconductor OEM customer
- Lead end-to-end account and workflow management, including customer requests, escalations, schedules, and deliverables
- Develop and maintain a detailed account profile, including organizational structure, key stakeholders, product usage, and competitive landscape
- Drive design-in wins and expand product penetration across customer business units
- Own forecasting, revenue planning, and CRM accuracy, coordinating closely with cross-functional teams
- Partner with engineering, product management, operations, and quality to ensure customer requirements are met throughout development and production
- Identify emerging applications and new opportunities aligned with the customer’s roadmap and A-Laser’s process capabilities
- Support contracts, pricing actions, RFQs, and business reviews
- Travel as needed to customer sites or global support locations to maintain alignment and resolve challenges
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred)
- 5–10 years of key account management experience in the semiconductor industry
- Technical familiarity with semiconductor processes (e.g., RF systems, etch, deposition)
- Proven success managing complex technical programs and building strong, trusted customer relationships
- Strong proficiency in CRM systems, forecasting, and cross-functional collaboration
