Job Title: Office Manager (Commercial Construction / Masonry)

Job Summary:
A stable and growing construction firm is seeking an experienced Office Manager to lead all administrative functions, ensure compliance with local/state regulations, and support daily field and office operations. This role requires a proactive professional to manage AP/AR, AIA billing, payroll, and HR support for a team.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial & Accounting: Oversee accounts payable/receivable, AIA billing, and weekly payroll. Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local tax reporting.
Administrative Management: Manage daily office operations, including front-office activities, supplies, and document control.
Project Support: Coordinate with project managers to support masonry operations, ensuring projects are on time and within budget.
HR & Safety: Support onboarding, employee documentation, and maintain compliance with safety requirements.
Reporting: Generate accurate reports on office performance and administrative systems.
Website Management: Manage and maintain the company website, including content updates, functionality, and user experience. Develop and integrate online onboarding processes for employee.
Qualifications:
Experience: 3 years of office management experience, preferably in construction, Masonry, or related trade services.
Current Notary Public commission required or must be able to obtain Notary Public certification within 90 days of hire.
Software Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and construction accounting software (Foundation).
Knowledge: Strong understanding of AIA billing and construction lien processes.
Skills: Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
This role may evolve over time, and additional responsibilities may be assigned based on business needs.
