ROLE DESCRIPTION
At AJ Ciccone Allstate, we’re looking for a Bilingual Spanish-Speaking Customer Service Representative with at least 2 years of Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance experience to join our team.

This role is ideal for an insurance professional who genuinely enjoys helping customers, solving problems, and building strong relationships—but who is also comfortable recognizing opportunities to help customers with additional coverage during policy reviews, service conversations, and payment calls.

You’ll be a trusted point of contact for our customers, helping with their day-to-day insurance needs while proactively identifying ways we can better protect them. This is a service-focused, inside-sales-oriented position where great customer experiences and business growth go hand in hand.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide friendly, knowledgeable customer service to existing policyholders.
• Handle day-to-day policy servicing needs, including policy changes, payments, billing questions, and customer requests.
• Conduct policy reviews and conversations with customers to identify potential coverage gaps and additional insurance needs.
• Recognize and pursue sales opportunities naturally within service and payment interactions.
• Explain insurance coverages and options clearly, helping customers make informed decisions.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships through responsive service and proactive follow-up.
• Maintain accurate customer and policy records and follow agency procedures.
• Communicate effectively with both English- and Spanish-speaking customers.
• Contribute to agency growth through a combination of exceptional service, referrals, and inside-sales activity.

QUALIFICATIONS

• At least 2 years of Property & Casualty insurance experience required.
• Bilingual Spanish/English required.
• Allstate experience is preferred, but not required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Comfortable identifying and discussing sales opportunities with existing customers.
• Service-oriented mindset with an interest in inside sales and agency growth.
• Confident discussing insurance coverage and explaining options to customers.
• Organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple customer needs efficiently.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working toward performance and sales goals.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• In-office candidates preferred; remote candidates will also be considered.
