Key Responsibilities
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming office environment
- Answer phones for our agents occasionally
- Assist agents with paperwork, client files, and follow-ups
- Track active cases and ensure files are complete and up to date
- Coordinate communication between agents and clients
- Help monitor calendars and workloads to keep operations moving efficiently
Document Handling & Compliance
- Prepare, organize, and file all bail-related documents
- Ensure forms are accurate, signed, and properly stored
- Maintain confidentiality and follow legal/compliance standards
- Assist with digital records, scanning, and electronic filing systems
Independent Work & Decision-Making
- Confidently run the office when agents are out in the field
- Use sound judgment when handling time-sensitive or client-based issues
- Stay proactive—anticipate needs and identify problems
Qualifications
- Strong communication and people skills
- Comfortable working independently
- Good with organizing papers and filing
- Computer-friendly
