What You'll Do
As a fast-paced, highly rewarding entry-level position in the Premium Audit department. The Premium Audit Reviewer is responsible for performing detailed quality control reviews of field audit cases that were produced by both staff and outside auditors. This includes checking and calculating chargeable payrolls utilizing information supplied on audit. Workers' compensation insurance premiums are based on a company's payroll so this role is critical to make sure we are providing the best value to our policy holders. This is a hybrid position after an initial training period.
- Responsible for performing Quality Control reviews of incoming completed audits prior to final processing, to meet corporate quality standards.
- Regularly correspond with customers and agents, providing a high level of service via telephone, email, and written documents to resolve audit questions.
- Develop, implement and monitor controls necessary to meet company, statutory and industry timeliness and service standards for audits processed.
- Assist other departments with issues related to Audits.
What You Bring
- At least a high school diploma, or preferably a degree from an accredited college or university.
- Strong analytical and math skills.
- Proven customer support experience, along with strong phone and active listening skills.
- a strong attention to detail.
- The ability to work independently to organize and prioritize work and the ability to succeed in a high volume, fast paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft software such as Word and Excel.
Previous experience with Visual Audit software is a big plus, but not a requirement.
