Registered Nurse (RN) - Pediatrics - In Home Health

**Job Description:**
We are looking for a compassionate and dependable Pediatric Registered Nurse (RN) to provide as-needed, one-on-one nursing care for a patient with Spastic Cerebral Palsy (CP) who is non-verbal and wheelchair-dependent.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide skilled nursing care based on the patient's individualized care plan.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor vital signs and assess the patient's condition, reporting any significant changes.
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including feeding, hygiene, positioning, and mobility.
- Ensure patient safety and comfort while maintaining a clean care environment.
- Document nursing care accurately and communicate effectively with the family and healthcare team.
**Qualifications:**
- Valid RN license in Georgia
- Current CPR/BLS certification.
- Experience in private duty, pediatric, or special needs care is preferred but not required.
- Excellent clinical, communication, and patient care skills.
- Availability to work PRN/as-needed shifts, including weekends or holidays as needed.
**Preferred Skills**
- Experience with genetic disorders and neurological conditions.
- Familiarity with mobility aids, wheelchair care, and rehabilitation support.
- Ability to work independently and respond effectively in emergency situations.
