We are seeking a skilled and reliable Painter / Finisher (High-End Finish) to join our team. This full-time role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in cabinetry finishing, painting, and woodworking, who takes pride in quality craftsmanship and attention to detail.
What You’ll Do
- Finish and refinish cabinetry to high-quality standards
- Perform spray painting on cabinets and related materials
- Execute woodworking tasks including cutting, shaping, and assembling materials
- Operate and maintain shop tools and equipment safely and efficiently
- Ensure all work meets company quality and safety standards
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time
Requirements:
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in cabinetry finishing/refinishing
- Proficiency in spray painting techniques
- Strong woodworking skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Comfort using basic math and measuring tools
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Positive attitude, reliability, and a willingness to learn
- Strong teamwork skills
- Commitment to following safety, quality, and company policies

Equipment Experience:
- Table saw
- Wall saw
