OPGW Machine Operator

Location: Grapevine, TX 76051

We are seeking a skilled OPGW (Optical Ground Wire) Machine Operator to join our team in Grapevine, TX. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining machinery used in the manufacturing and installation of OPGW cables, ensuring high-quality production standards and adherence to safety protocols.

• Operate OPGW manufacturing and processing machines efficiently and safely.


• Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments to maintain product quality.


• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment to minimize downtime.


• Inspect finished products to ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards.


• Maintain accurate production records and report any issues to supervisors promptly.


• Follow all safety guidelines and company policies to ensure a safe working environment.


• Collaborate with team members and other departments to optimize production processes.

• High school diploma or equivalent.


• Previous experience operating OPGW or similar cable manufacturing machinery preferred.


• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment.


• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


• Good communication skills.


• Willingness to work in a manufacturing environment and adhere to safety standards.

This position is based in a manufacturing facility in Grapevine, TX. The role may require standing for extended periods, lifting moderate weights, and working with machinery in a fast-paced environment.
