- Supervise Front Desk operations during your assigned shift to a consistently high standardMonitor the appearance, standards, and performance of Team Members with an emphasis on training and team work.Ensure your shift team have a current knowledge of hotel products, services, pricing, and special promotional offers, as well as daily VIP and special eventsCheck guests in by verifying all names of party on reservation and issue room keysAdvise your shift team of any special events or VIP Guests in the hotel that day.Provide guests with information on hotels policies, services and amenitiesCoordinate with our housekeeping team to ensure room availabilityDirect guests to proper resort staff members for escort, transportation, and concierge servicesListen and respond to guest complaints in a gracious and appropriate mannerReview the final bill with the guest, post charges and make any necessary correction to the accountAnswer, record and process guest requests, including requests for special occasion assistance such as birthdays, anniversaries, etc.
