Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and professional Front Office Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our growing Physical Therapy Practice.
(Currently there are two full time Physical Therapist)
In this vital role, you will manage front desk operations, patient scheduling and be informing patients on their insurance benefits.
Your organizational skills and office management expertise will ensure smooth daily operations while creating a positive first impression for everyone who enters our facility.
Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and patients
- Manage the phone systems with professionalism, directing calls efficiently and courteously.
- Handle all front desk duties including check-ins, appointment scheduling, and visitor sign-in procedures, as well as insurance benefits
- Maintain organized filing systems, data entry records, and accurate documentation.
- Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries, providing information, and resolving issues with a friendly attitude.
- Perform clerical tasks such as proofreading documents, managing correspondence, and ensuring proper filing of records.
Requirements
- Experience in office management or as a receptionist Ideally, but not required.
- Open to hybrid position
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional phone etiquette and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of front desk operations in medical or dental settings is advantageous but not required.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
