Overnight Field Supervisor (Operations)

We here at A&H Security are currently seeking an experienced and dependable Field Supervisor to join our security team. This role is responsible for overseeing daily operations across multiple sites, supervising security personnel, and ensuring compliance with company protocols and safety standards.

THIS IS SPECIFICALLY FOR AN OVERNIGHT 11pm to 7am SHIFT, WEEKENDS INCLUDED.

THERE IS ALSO ONE 3pm to 11pm SHIFT AVAILABLE.

·         Supervise daily field operations and oversee security officers across multiple locations to ensure adherence to safety protocols and company standards.

·         Conduct regular site inspections to verify compliance with post orders, uniform standards, equipment use, and reporting accuracy.

·         Train, coach, and evaluate security personnel to maintain high performance, safety awareness, and readiness for emergency response.

·         Respond to incidents and emergencies, conduct investigations, and coordinate with law enforcement and emergency responders as needed.

·         Act as the primary liaison between clients and A&H Security Services, resolving concerns and maintaining professional relationships.

·         Prepare and maintain accurate documentation, including incident reports, inspection logs, and disciplinary records.

·         Enforce company policies, including uniform compliance, vehicle use procedures, and overall conduct expectations.

·         Provide shift coverage and post support during staffing shortages or emergencies, i.e., holding posts as needed.

·         Operate and maintain company vehicles, ensuring timely damage reporting and routine cleaning.

·         Address and resolve conflicts or crowd control issues using sound judgment and effective de-escalation techniques.

·         Issue Write-ups as needed for guards found to be in violation of company policy and protocol.

·         Other Duties As Assigned

Requirements:

·         Minimum 5 Years of Supervisory Experience in the security field.

·         Valid NYS Security Guard License

·         Must hold F-02, F-80 and CPR Certifications

·         Physically capable of lifting up to 40 lbs, Climbing Stairs, Holding Posts as needed, and working in all weather conditions.

·         Must have Clean Driver’s Abstract and at least 3 years Driving Experience

·         High School Diploma required. College Degree preferred.
