Dispatcher Responsibilities

• Conduct Roll Call: Confirm all scheduled personnel are present and ready at the start of each shift.
• Manage Communications: Handle all incoming calls professionally, providing assistance or routing as needed.
• Dispatch Security Personnel: Assign officers and field supervisors to locations as required, including during incidents and emergencies.
• Coordinate Incident Response: Guide officers during on-site incidents and deploy supervisors when necessary.
• Winteam : Experience with Winteam or similar security related HRIS systems is greatly preferred.
• Ensure Post Coverage: Monitor all sites to ensure continuous coverage and respond to urgent coverage requests promptly.
• Track Attendance: Verify clock-ins, meal breaks, and clock-outs to ensure accurate guard attendance.
• Verify Hours: Reconcile billable and payable hours during roll call to avoid payroll or billing discrepancies.
• Enforce Policies: Document and issue violations for non-compliance with company policies.
• Support Company Operations: Act as the shift’s central point of information and communication.
• Provide Excellent Customer Service: Deliver courteous, solution-focused support to clients and callers.
• MUST have 1 year Dispatching Experience, or directly related exp.
• Must be Bilingual - English and Spanish
• Other Duties as assigned and as needed.
