About the Role

We're looking for a client-focused Account Manager to serve as the primary point of contact for an assigned slate of Sites, overseeing service delivery, staffing coverage, and client satisfaction on a Tuesday–Saturday schedule that ensures consistent, senior-level support through the weekend.

Responsibilities

• Manage schedules and shift assignments to ensure all sites have adequate coverage.
• Collaborate with recruiting and HR teams to fulfill staffing requirements across assigned sites.
• Develop account growth strategies aimed at meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
• Monitor overall service quality and ensure client expectations are consistently met or exceeded.
• Address and resolve service-related issues, including employee call-outs and coverage gaps at posts.
• Manage client contracts and agreements, including renewals, updates, and necessary modifications.
• Ensure full contract compliance and that all deliverables are completed on time and within budget.
• Maintain appropriate staffing levels at all sites under management, ensuring consistent coverage and quality.
• Provide consulting and advisory services to clients, including risk assessments and tailored security recommendations.
• Stay informed on industry trends and best practices to offer up-to-date, strategic guidance to clients.
• Offer training and support to clients in the proper use and understanding of security systems and services.
• Prepare and deliver regular reports covering account performance, revenue forecasting, and client satisfaction metrics.
• Conduct site visits to evaluate service quality, staff performance, and client satisfaction.
• Must have knowledge of WinTeam
• Must have a minimum of 3–5 years of relevant experience in account or operations management within the security industry.
