Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to lead and manage our electrical projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering, project management, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all stages of project life cycle from initiation to closure.
- Manage project budgets, ensuring projects remain within scope and on track for timely completion.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project requirements are met.
- Review electrical designs and ensure compliance with national and local codes.
- Lead and mentor a team of electricians.
- Manage project risks, including the development of contingency plans.
- Conduct regular project review meetings and provide status reports to stakeholders.
- Ensure all project documentation is complete, current, and stored appropriately.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Master Electricians License.
- 5 of experience in electrical project management.
- Proficient in project management software (e.g., Builder Trend).
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and safety standards.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- PMP certification is a plus.
