Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to lead and manage our electrical projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering, project management, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee all stages of project life cycle from initiation to closure.
  2. Manage project budgets, ensuring projects remain within scope and on track for timely completion.
  3. Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project requirements are met.
  4. Review electrical designs and ensure compliance with national and local codes.
  5. Lead and mentor a team of electricians.
  6. Manage project risks, including the development of contingency plans.
  7. Conduct regular project review meetings and provide status reports to stakeholders.
  8. Ensure all project documentation is complete, current, and stored appropriately.
  9. Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Master Electricians License.
  2. 5 of experience in electrical project management.
  3. Proficient in project management software (e.g., Builder Trend).
  4. Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and safety standards.
  5. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  6. PMP certification is a plus.
