Sales Support Assistant

Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated, organized Sales Support Assistant to support product assortment, marketing, and vendor management activities. The successful candidate will have strong Excel skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Review and update core brand product assortments on the company portal.
Prepare and upload detailed Excel product sheets for core SKUs.
Learn and use the company’s proprietary reporting and fulfillment system.
Add and maintain vendor and brand information in the company CRS.
Manage product assortment details, including marketing copy, pricing, inventory, images, and program placement.
Contact brand and vendor representatives to request product assortment updates.
Create and maintain product marketing copy.
Enter and maintain brand pricing changes.
Coordinate with vendors to resolve overages, discrepancies, and damaged goods, including managing return-to-vendor processes.
Anticipate the needs of the Merchandising and Sales Support teams and follow up on outstanding items.
Partner with the Marketing team by providing product information and samples as needed.
Communicate clearly and professionally with internal teams, vendors, and customers.
Qualifications
Experience in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
Strong Excel skills, including formulas, tables, and pivot tables.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
