A growing company is seeking a Consumer Services Representative to join its customer service team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, solving problems, and providing excellent service.
Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls and assist customers with product and service questions
- Resolve customer complaints and troubleshoot product/service issues
- Research information and determine the best solution for customers
- Process orders, refunds, replacements, and return authorizations
- Create and update customer accounts and maintain accurate records
- Document customer interactions and follow established procedures
- Provide product and service information and make appropriate recommendations
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to troubleshoot problems and think quickly
- Comfortable researching technical information and service manuals
- Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems
- Some college preferred or equivalent business/customer service experience
- Professional, patient, and customer-focused attitude
Schedule Flexibility: Must be able to work up to1 evenings per week (11 AM–8 PM) and up to 1 Saturdays per month (9 AM–5 PM).
