A growing organization is seeking a detail-oriented Production & Fulfillment Associate to join its team. This is a hands-on position involving light assembly, quality control, order fulfillment, packing, and shipping.
Responsibilities
- Perform light assembly using small components and hand tools
- Cut materials to specified lengths and perform basic wrapping or stringing as needed
- Inspect materials and finished products for quality and accuracy
- Pick, pack, and ship daily e-commerce and wholesale orders
- Prepare products according to established packaging standards
- Ensure orders include the correct inserts and documentation
- Print shipping labels and coordinate daily carrier pickups
- Monitor inventory and shipping supplies
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation
Qualifications
- Excellent manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Comfortable working with small components and hand tools
- Basic computer skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Previous assembly, fulfillment, warehouse, or production experience is a plus, but not required
