A growing logistics and distribution company is seeking a Bilingual Operations Supervisor to lead warehouse, cross-dock, and transportation operations on the 2nd shift.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise warehouse, transportation, and cross-dock operations
- Coordinate staffing, workflow, routing, deliveries, and pickups
- Oversee inventory, shipping, and receiving activities
- Coach, train, and develop employees while promoting safety and productivity
- Ensure compliance with DOT, OSHA, and company policies
Qualifications:
- 3 years of supervisory experience in warehouse, logistics, transportation, or distribution
- Bilingual English/Spanish required
- Knowledge of DOT regulations, fleet operations, and routing
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and warehouse management systems
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Salary : $72,000 - $75,000
