Administrative Assistant – Part Time
Temporary Only | Anticipated 3 to 6 months
Park Ridge, NJ area | Fully on-site
Monday - Friday | 8am to 12 noon
About the Role
The Administrative Support professional will play an important role in maintaining efficient office operations. Provide hands-on assistance with scheduling, communications, and document preparation, as well as handle general clerical tasks to help keep the office running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide daily administrative support to the Executive Assistant/Office Manager
- Manage and maintain calendars, schedule meetings, and assist with logistics
- Prepare, edit, and format documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Word and Excel
- Perform general clerical duties such as faxing, filing, scanning, copying, and data entry
- Maintain organized electronic and paper filing systems
- Assist with office coordination and other ad-hoc administrative projects as needed
Qualifications
- Previous experience in an administrative or clerical support role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Effective verbal and written communication abilities
- Reliable, proactive, and able to handle multiple priorities
