Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

Bring meaningful speech and language support to children and families in the Concord area. A Grade Therapy is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist for a pediatric position serving Concord, Kannapolis, and nearby communities, with Salisbury coverage available for applicants interested in that area. Your service territory will be discussed before hire. Services are provided in homes, daycares, and other community settings, connecting treatment with the routines and relationships that matter to each child. What you’ll do: • Evaluate children’s speech, language, and functional communication skills. • Develop individualized treatment plans and measurable goals. • Deliver engaging, evidence-based speech and language therapy. • Help caregivers use communication strategies during play and daily routines. • Coordinate care with families and other professionals. • Maintain timely documentation and complete progress reports and reassessments. What we’re looking for: • A graduate degree in speech-language pathology. • An active North Carolina SLP license before beginning patient care. • CCC-SLP preferred. • Pediatric experience preferred. • Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills. • Reliable transportation for community visits.
