Duties
- Prepare fresh ingredients and assemble pizzas according to established recipes and standards
- Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing, sales transactions, and cash handling
- Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and upselling menu items to enhance guest experience
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, dining areas, and food handling zones in compliance with food safety regulations
- Assist with food preparation tasks including baking, slicing, and packaging to ensure timely service during busy hours
- Support bussing tables and managing food delivery to tables to ensure a smooth flow of service
- Manage cash register operations accurately while demonstrating strong basic math skills for transactions
Skills
- Experience in food preparation, food handling, or working in quick service & fast food restaurants is highly desirable
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for efficient sales processing
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to upsell menu items confidently
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours
- Knowledge of sanitation standards and food safety practices within the food industry or restaurant environment
- Ability to perform cashiering duties including cash handling and retail math accurately
- Previous kitchen or café experience is a plus; willingness to learn new skills in a dynamic setting
