Your Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end search execution, from defining hiring criteria with clients to candidate assessment, communication, and process management
- Partner closely with clients to develop differentiated talent and go-to-market strategies aligned to their hiring goals
- Build and execute thoughtful sourcing strategies across target candidate pools and markets
- Conduct research and data analysis to inform talent mapping, market insights, and hiring strategy
- Maintain and improve internal database systems and search infrastructure
- Support client relationship management and contribute to broader business development efforts
- Help scale the internal team through training, mentorship, and team-building initiatives
