Role: Investor Relations, Client Services Associate

Location: San Francisco | Hybrid (4 days in, 1 remote)

You’re a great fit if you:

• Have 4–6 years of experience within investment management or financial services
• Are highly detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in managing workflows
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment and can balance multiple priorities effectively
• Have experience with CRM systems and investor servicing platforms
• Possess strong technical skills across Microsoft Office and document management tools
• Have a foundational understanding of investor reporting, fund operations, or accounting concepts
• Are solutions-oriented and interested in improving processes and leveraging technology

Your Responsibilities:

• Maintain and enhance CRM data integrity through ongoing updates and system management
• Support investor portal administration, including document distribution and access management
• Assist with fund operations, including capital call and distribution processes and cash flow tracking
• Coordinate recurring compliance and regulatory reporting requirements
• Respond to investor inquiries related to reporting, performance, and account activity
• Support the preparation and distribution of periodic investor reports
• Track and manage investor audit confirmations in partnership with internal and external stakeholders
• Contribute to ad hoc projects and cross-functional initiatives
