Electrical Assistant Estimator & Project Manager
Full-Time | Napa Valley, CA | In-Person (Office & Jobsite)
Pay Range: $40–$50 per hour (DOE)

Job Summary
The Electrical Assistant Estimator & Project Manager supports electrical estimating, material purchasing, project coordination, and change order management. This is a fully in-person position that includes time in the office and onsite at active job locations. You will work closely with our Office Manager, Administrative team, and Project Managers, playing an important role in keeping projects organized, profitable, and running smoothly from bid through completion.
Responsibilities
- Assist with electrical estimating, takeoffs, and bid preparation
- Use Microsoft Excel for cost tracking, budgeting, and reporting
- Support purchasing of power distribution, lighting packages, and major materials
- Prepare, track, and manage change orders and project documentation
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and field personnel
- Perform site visits as needed for verification and project support
- Assist with scheduling, budgeting, and overall project coordination
Qualifications
- Strong Excel skills required
- Experience with electrical estimating software (Accubid, ConEst, McCormick, or similar) preferred
- Background in electrical construction, estimating, or project coordination is a plus
- Ability to work in an office and active jobsite environment
- Strong organizational and communication skills
