Position Summary:
As a Fleet Maintenance Coordinator for Pyle you will perform administrative duties within the Fleet Maintenance department.
The responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to:
- Maintaining vehicle specific information in our software system
- Coordinating application of titles, registrations, license plates, permits and state inspection stickers
- Distributing and tracking of licensing credentials for all company owned vehicles
- Maintaining and monitoring EZ Pass accounts
- Preparing, maintaining and submitting documents and reports as needed
- Other administrative duties as assigned
To be qualified for this position, you must possess the following:
- Must be very detailed oriented
- Excellent computer skills, advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Capable of maintaining accurate computer files
- Effective communication skills
