- Lead and develop a high-performing sales team of 10 Sales Associates and 5 Sales Administrators by training, coaching, and providing regular feedback to support growth and professional development
- Establish and maintain sales presentation standards and prospect qualification procedures, ensuring consistency across communities and achievement of sales goals
- Monitor sales activity by reviewing lead traffic reports, tracking performance metrics, and maintaining accurate documentation on pricing, floor plans, and specifications
- Serve as a resource for the sales team by assisting with customer questions and challenges, overseeing lead follow-up, and evaluating lead source effectiveness
- Conduct regular mystery shops of Sales Associates, providing feedback to strengthen performance, and ensure model homes are fully staffed and presentation-ready during business hours
- Review and approve Sales Associates’ monthly marketing initiatives to ensure alignment with corporate branding and community positioning
- Manage team administrative needs including approving time-off requests and addressing procedural or customer-related inquiries, as delegated by the Director of Sales
- Active Florida Real Estate Licenses Required
- Bachelor's degree preferred, with a preference for degrees in Business Management or Organizational Leadership, or related fields
- 5 years experience in Real Estate Sales Management – preferably in new home sales
- Ability to work weekends and holidays
- Excellent communication (verbal and written)
