What are the responsibilities and job description for the Professional Pet Groomer position at A Dog's Place?
Calling all Groomers! We are looking to add a full-time professional dog groomers to our team! If you love being a dog groomer and can comfortably do 4-7dogs a day than we'd love to hear from you. Because we have the clients, so there won't be days where your slow. We offer very competitive pay. You must have a minimum of 1yr experience. Must be nice & respectful to clients (human & fur), be able to communicate well with clients & team members, be a team player (help out a fellow groomer if need be) have excellent scissoring skills & good time management. Need to be reliable & drama free. Your responsibilities include bathing, drying & grooming dogs to owners request, keeping your work space clean in between grooms, take turns with answering the phone & booking appointments & help with end of day cleaning. Our full-time schedule is Tuesday - Friday one week. Then, Tuesday - Saturday the following week (must be able to be at work by 7:30am). So every other week you get a 3 day weekend off! : ) We are located less than 20miles south of downtown Lee's Summit Mo. and Overland Park Ks.
