Childcare Center Director

Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Childcare Center Director to lead and inspire our early childhood education team. In this vital role, you will oversee staffing, ensure compliance with licensing standards, and foster a nurturing environment where children can thrive. Your leadership will drive program excellence, promote staff development, and strengthen relationships with families and the community. Responsibilities

• Must be at least 21 years of age

• Must be able to lift 35 pounds or more

• Must be willing to work in a classroom.

• Must keep the center capacity at 75% or higher to maintain position, pay, raises, etc.

• Ensures the adherence of the staff to policies and procedures set forth by A Child’s Way.

• Be sure all the staff’s files have all the required licensing paperwork and are kept up to date.

• Effectively manage the team of employees and lead by example.

• Maintain a positive relationship with administration, staff, parents, and children.

• Responsible for the overall safety and well-being of the staff and children.

• Be willing to train new staff members

• Adhere to the company's privacy policy when it comes to staff’s personal files, staff’s pay, staff write-ups and children’s personal files.

• Willingly perform a multitude of tasks necessary for the effective operation of the center.

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
