Duties
● Must be at least 21 years of age
● Must be able to lift 35 pounds or more
● Must be willing to work in a classroom.
● Must keep the center capacity at 75% or higher to maintain position, pay, raises, etc.
● Ensures the adherence of the staff to policies and procedures set forth by A Child’s Way.
● Be sure all the staff’s files have all the required licensing paperwork and are kept up to date.
● Effectively manage the team of employees and lead by example.
● Maintain a positive relationship with administration, staff, parents, and children.
● Responsible for the overall safety and well-being of the staff and children.
● Be willing to train new staff members
● Adhere to the company's privacy policy when it comes to staff’s personal files, staff’s pay, staff write-ups and children’s personal files.
● Willingly perform a multitude of tasks necessary for the effective operation of the center.
