A Chance 4 Change is a trauma-informed group practice in Twin Falls, and we're growing. We're hiring an LMSW, LCSW, or LCPC who wants to do meaningful work and still have a life. Part-time or full-time.

What you'll do:
- Individual and couples therapy with kids, teens, and adults
- Intakes, assessments, and treatment plans
- Documentation in our EHR
- Coordination with families and other providers
What you'll need:
- Current Idaho LMSW, LCSW, or LCPC (or one in hand before you start)
- A heart for trauma-informed care
- Ability to work in person at our Twin Falls office
Pay: $50 to $65 per session, depending on experience. Paid no-shows at the same rate. W-2.
