Overarching responsibilities of this position include: implementation, management and evaluation of projects and programs; spokesperson for A Call to College; developing student relationships and providing informed advising; and leading and collaborating with multiple teams. Director of College Prep & Success Needs and Primary Responsibilities
Needed Skills and Character Traits: Organized, Comfort with Technology, Good oral and written ability, Detail-oriented, Ability to multi-task, Flexible, Passionate, Compassionate, Maturity or social awareness, Sense of Humor
Desired Skills and Character Traits: Higher Ed Experience (Fin Aid, Admissions, Student Life), some exposure to K-12, Comfort with teaching/presentations, Quantitative, Tech Savvy, Community-minded, energetic, positive attitude, will commit a period of time to ACTC
Employment Details: Ideal Start date as soon as possible. Full-time, year-round position. A Call to College highly values employees having a healthy work/life balance and offers a generous allowance for time off. Approximately 5 weeks of vacation including NCS observed National Holidays, winter and spring breaks and ten work days of personal time (over summer months.) Health, Dental and Vision for which ACTC covers 78% of individual premiums and 73% for families. PNB 401(K) which ACTC matches 100% of employee's contribution up to 5% of employee's salary. Starting Salary $45-60K, depending on experience and education level.
