AVI Foodsystems is looking for an energetic and optimistic team member to fill the role of Prep Cook at Kenyon College in Gambier, OH. This is a Full-Time position.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Prepare specific amount of food product according to the daily prep sheets
- Gather all necessary salad/sandwich ingredients and prepare them by washing, chopping, slicing, dicing and assembling them for customer purchase
- Comply with all portion sizes, quality standards, and recipes
- Manage food inventory when necessary
- Maintain a safe work environment
- Encourage good customer relations through product promotion
Requirements:
- Culinary experience or education preferred
- Strong work ethic
- Excellent communication and food presentations skills
- Customer service focused nature
