What You'll Do
As a Residential HVAC Service Technician, you'll perform maintenance, diagnostics, and service on residential HVAC systems while providing a high-quality customer experience. You'll be trusted to represent the company in the field and deliver solutions in the right way, not the pushy way.

- $29-$37/hour based on experience, with additional income through spiffs and performance bonuses, target earnings $100-$120k annually

What You Bring
- Residential HVAC service and maintenance experience
- EPA Certification
- Valid driver's license with insurable driving history
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
- Ability to safely use tools, ladders, and diagnostic equipment
- Strong communication skills with both customers and team members
- Willingness to continue learning and developing your skills
Schedule
Monday-Friday, typically 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM Flexible scheduling with rotating on-call as needed
