What You'll Do
As a Customer ServiceDispatch Coordinator, you'll handle incoming customer calls, schedule service appointments, and coordinate technicians in real time. You'll play a key role in making sure jobs run smoothly from the first call to completion while delivering a high-quality customer experience.

What You Bring
- 2 years of customer service, dispatching, or administrative experience
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills
- Clear and professional communication skills
- Comfortable handling high call volume and fast-paced scheduling
- Strong computer and data entry skills
- Ability to stay calm and problem-solve under pressure
- Experience in HVAC or home services (preferred, not required)
Schedule
Monday-Friday, typically 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM. Flexible scheduling with occasional overtime based on workload
