Wanted: Professional Sales person preferably with relationships/clientele in the commercial property management industry. Must be a self starter, self directed, money motivated all star. We will train you to be an expert in the estimating portion of the job. We are not looking to teach you how to be amazing, you must have a proven track record of success in sales and client relationship management. Job Responsibilities:
Sale
Meet with clients
Understand what the client needs/ wants for their parking lots
Prepare a written estimate
Send to the client
Follow up and sell the contract
Job Requirements:
Must have minimum of 2 years of sales experience.
Must have drivers license.
- Self Starter.
- Must have outstanding communication and negotiation abilities.
- Driven individual with a need to succeed.
- Excellent organizations skills.
- Must have flexible schedule and be available some weekends when necessary.
