The A.C. Coy Company is currently hiring for a help desk/IT Support Technician.
Responsibilities
- troubleshoot tickets
- work closely with the escalation team and project managers to resolve tickets
- must be detailed oriented
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
- Associates degree in business, MIS or IT preferred; HS diploma with equivalent experience required
- 2-3 years’ experience as a help desk/IT Support technician
- Demonstrated experience in client support and direct client communications
- Ability to establish and maintain positive customer service
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
