Location: Primarily Remote; Occasional onsite days in Canonsburg, PA
Job Type: Contract, with possible Contract to Hire

The A.C.Coy Company has an immediate need for an HR Generalist. This individual will provide interim HR coverage during a transition period, ensuring continuity of HR support across teams with minimal oversight.
Our ideal candidate will have 7 years of experience in Human Resources and a strong background in employee relations, benefits administration, on/offboarding, and employment regulations and laws.
- Own day-to-day HR support for managers and employees across functions
- Partner with managers on employee relations, performance issues, and terminations- as needed
- Handle onboarding and offboarding end-to-end
- Support ongoing hiring processes (coordination, offers, decision support)
- Manage HR operations tasks
- Act as the main HR point of contact in the region
- Escalate risks early and able to operate independently
- Own US benefits administration during the transition, including employee support, vendor coordination, and issue resolution
- 7 years of HR experience, including HRBP or Senior HR Generalist roles
- Strong employee relations experience
- Hands-on experience with US HR operations, including benefits administration
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Availability to start immediately
